Hello!

I'm a Vancouver based photographer specializing in portrait photography for family, business and events. My unique approach to portraits is based on finding the most natural environments and situations to create meaningful and original photographs.

My goal is not to create 'pretty pictures' although they may turn out that way. Rather, my goal is to create images with meaning and depth that will hold their value past the era of facebook, instagram and pinterest.

I derived this mindset from an early childhood passion for looking at and preserving family albums that were passed down from multiple generations.

I would always handle photographs with great care, knowing that those moments with those people would never be able to be captured again.

When I'm not taking photographs, I can be found hanging out near my place in English Bay either running the seawall, sipping a blonde roast or enjoying a good craft brew.
